How does a menstrual cup work?

• The cup is inserted into the vagina, where it collects menstrual blood. After insertion, it creates a gentle negative pressure, thanks to which it can hug the vaginal walls and not let a single drop out.
• Because it is made of medical silicone, which is gentle and harmless to health, the blood remains clean and odorless.
• If you have a very heavy period, we recommend using menstrual panties or an intimate pad in the first few days to feel completely safe.

Which cup size to choose?

• Classic is suitable for heavier periods or for the first days of menstruation. Suitable for women after vaginal delivery and those using larger tampons.

How to use the cup?

• When inserted correctly, you can function, sleep, exercise and swim with the cup all day. It is easiest to introduce it while squatting, ideally in the shower or bath, or with your foot resting on the toilet seat.
• Make a "flower" out of the cup and let it "unfold" in the vagina during insertion. Then circle the cup with your finger and check that the cup is properly unfolded and attached to the vaginal wall.
• When you want to empty the cup, do it again while squatting. First, feel the ball and gently press the entire bottom of the cup, where the indentations are. This will detach the cup from the vaginal wall. Then it will be too much to remove. Then just pour it out, rinse it and put it back in. For easier handling, we recommend moistening your fingers before inserting or removing.
• You don't pull out the cup just by the ball, it could spill.

How to take care of the menstrual cup?

• Medical silicone is non-porous and 100% hygienic, so it is very easy to care for the cups.
• Before the first use and then before each subsequent use, it is sufficient to sterilize the cups by boiling them briefly in water. During menstruation, just rinse the cup under clean running water and insert it back. You can also use intimate soap.
• For a perfect cleaning, use a cleaning spray for intimate accessories. Then just rinse with water again.

Can i sleep with him?
