Svakom Svakom - Nova Kegel Balls Violet

Svakom Nova is a set of three Venus balls, of different weights and shapes. The balls are suitable for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, for incontinence problems or for convalescence after childbirth. With three balls of different sizes, shapes and weights, you will enjoy the exercise. Venus balls Nova are made of 100% medical silicone, they are not harmful to health, hypoallergenic and waterproof. Material maintenance is very simple. Inside each ball, there is another metal ball that hits the wall with each movement, spreading vibrations that penetrate the vaginal muscles. The muscles are thus stimulated by constant "shrinking". This effect, in addition to increasing the weight in individual phases, helps to practice the vaginal muscles.

Kegel exercises contribute to strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, improving vaginal health and at the same time bringing sexual benefits and satisfaction. It also serves as a therapy for postpartum women who suffer from, for example, weak muscles or incontinence.

Exercise phase 1: in this phase we use the first lightest ball weighing 49 g (diameter: 3.6 cm, length: 13.5 cm). It is used for adaptation of the vaginal muscles. Wearing for 30 minutes is recommended. daily for a whole month.

Exercise phase 2: with second balls weighing 75 g (diameter: 3.2 cm, length: 17 cm) we immediately follow the previous phase and consume again for 30 min. daily for a whole month.

Exercise phase 3: in this last phase we reach for the heaviest balls weighing 95 g (diameter: 2.8 cm, length: 16.2 cm). Here, too, we wear it again for the same period as in the previous phases.
